About Tonya Miller

I am a web professional who loves creating cohesive, attractive, and unique websites. I've been in the business for over 10 years and still love the challenge each new project brings. Hailing from Michigan, I've lived in the Boston area for over 20 years. Why I thought winter would be better here I'm not sure! But Boston in the spring is worth waiting for ...

On to more practical matters. What differentiates me from others in the field is my attention to customer service. It has always seemed common sense to me that if you give customers great service, everyone benefits; the client has a product they are proud of and the web professional may get more work as a result. And I enjoy making sure you are happy!

I work fast. But not so fast that your website suffers. I pay close attention to budgeted hours and strive to come in under budget when possible.

I work a lot with small business and individual websites, but also a significant number of higher-profile, larger sites. I've coded and/or designed websites at MIT and the federal department of transportation — the latest being government's 5-Star Safety Ratings website, Safercar.gov.

In a perfect world, I would list my rates. Experience has informed me that every project is different, requiring a sit-down (even if it's virtual!) to give an accurate estimate. I kindly ask that you contact me instead.
